摘要 针对空分循环水冷冻水换热器盐析出,造成空分预冷系统无法运行的问题。通过分析成垢组分,采取调整循环水加药方法、在水冷塔补入脱盐水等措施。经一段时间的生产运行,未出现大量的盐析出现象,实现了冷冻水换热器正常运行,确保了生产稳定。 Aiming at the salt precipitation in chilled water heat exchanger of air separation circulating water,which caused the air separation precooling system unable to operate.Through the analysis of scaling components,measures such as adjusting the dosing method of circulating water,adding desalination water into water cooling tower were taken.After a period of production and operation,no salting-out occurred and the normal operation of the chilled water heat exchanger was realized to stabilize the production.
