摘要
为探讨硕士研究生对专业的真实感受,通过内隐联想测验(IAT)和量表对102名被试进行研究,发现:(1)内隐联想测验具有良好敏感性。(2)内隐专业认同效应显著。(3)内隐专业认同独立于外显专业认同,两者相互分离。(4)外显专业认同存在性别差异,女生极其显著低于男生;内隐专业认同受顺序效应影响,先做量表再做IAT的被试,内隐效应显著低于先做IAT再做量表的被试。高校要有针对性地引导硕士研究生培养对专业的认同感。
In order to explore the true feelings of postgraduates about their major,102 postgraduates were measured by Implicit Association Test(IAT)and questionnaire.The study found that:(1)Implicit Association Test had good sensitivity.(2)The effect of implicit major identity was significant.(3)Implicit major identity was independent of explicit major identity,the two were separated from each other.(4)Explicit major identity had significant gender difference,female was significantly lower than male.Implicit major identity was affected by the order effect.First do the questionnaire and then do the IAT,the effect of implicit major identity was significantly lower than the first do the IAT and then do the questionnaire.Colleges and universities should guide postgraduates to cultivate their major identity.
