摘要
为探究富营养化水体高效治理技术,采用单因子试验和L 16(44)正交试验,研究食藻虫联合高效菌剂治理富营养化水体的可行性和规律性。结果表明:当m(食藻虫)∶m(高效菌剂)=5∶1,pH值为7.0,反应时间为2 h,反应温度为35℃时,水体中TN、TP去除率最高,分别达到46.62%和48.86%。食藻虫联合高效菌剂处理富营养化水体时具有去除率高,设备简单,操作方便等优点。
In order to explore the high-efficiency treatment technology of eutrophic water,the method adopted in this paper including single factor experiment and L 16(44)orthogonal test.We mainly studied the feasibility and the regularity of Daphnia magna combined with high-efficiency bacteria agent to control eutrophic water.The results illustrated that when the m(Daphnia magna)∶m(microbial fungicide)=5∶1,the pH value was about 7,the reaction time was 2 h,and the reaction temperature was 35℃,the removal rates of the total nitrogen removal(TN)and the total phosphorus(TP)in the eutrophic water were gained as high as 46.62%and 48.86%,respectively.Treatment of water eutrophication with Daphnia magna and mircobial fungicide was featured as high efficiency,simple facility,and easy operation.
