工业废盐中有机物脱除和资源化技术进展 被引量:34

DISCUSSION ON TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY AND RESOURCE RECOVERY OF HAZARDOUS WASTE SALT CONTAINING ORGANICS

摘要 工业废盐的资源化逐渐成为其处理处置的发展趋势,而废盐中有机物的去除是实现这一目标的关键点和难点。介绍了我国工业废盐中有机物的产生环节及其特点,针对含机物的工业废盐的处理处置需求,总结了热解碳化、高温熔融和氧化法3种有机物去除方式,并比较了各工艺路线的适用条件和应用现状,同时研究了工业废盐资源化产品的出路和相关标准规范,提出了“源头节流—完善标准—行业监管—鼓励创新”的废盐管理建议。 Recycling of hazardous waste salt(HWS)is becoming a developing trend,and the removal of organics from HWS is the key point as well as the difficult point to achieve this goal.In this paper,the generation processes and characteristics of HWS were firstly introduced.Besides,pyrolysis,melting and oxidation process were reviewed and compared aiming at removing organics from HWS according to different application conditions.Meanwhile,the outlets and related standards for resource product of HWS were studied.A future development way including source control,standard improvement,supervision enhancement and innovation encouragement,was put forward for better HWS treatment and recycling.
