摘要
随钻测量工具在定向钻井过程中的应用已经较为普遍,为了能更好的应用随钻测量工具,基于其测量原理,针对测量误差源展开讨论,在ISCWSA误差模型的基础上,讨论井眼轨迹不确定性计算方法。以Python作为编程开发语言,进行算法分析和设计,并给出了其建模过程,实现了井眼轨迹可视化及对井眼轨迹不确定性的三维误差椭球的可视化分析,可以直观的看出井眼轨迹误差的大小及井眼轨迹前进趋势,为井眼防碰及井眼轨迹控制等提供了很好的理论参考。
MWD tools are widely used in directional drilling process.In order to better apply MWD tools,based on its measurement principle,the causes of measurement errors are discussed.On the basis of ISCWSA error model,the calculation method of borehole trajectory uncertainty is discussed.Using Python is taken as the programming language,the visualization of borehole trajectory and the visualization analysis of three-dimensional error ellipsoid of borehole trajectory uncertainty are realized.The trajectory error and the hole extension trend can be visualized,which will provide theoretical reference for borehole collision prevention and trajectory control.
