摘要
智能电能表在实际运行过程中,有时会碰到电流过载(大于Imax)运行的情况,某些电能表在过载运行中会出现功率减小甚至反向的情况,并且当电流恢复到计量量程以内,电能表仍然处于异常状态。文章从智能电能表现场运行故障案例出发,仿真计量芯片中的ADC模型和滤波器的溢出效应,对上述两个现象从原理上进行解释,并给出解决方案,同时通过试验数据验证解决方案的正确性。针对过载后的电能表性能要求,给各省电力公司提出了相应的指导意见。
Current overload may happen during the actual operation of the smart meters.Once this happened,some meters may calculate a reduced power or even a reversed power,and when the current returns to the normal metering range,the meters may still behave abnormally.In this paper,based on the field operation failure case of smart meters,this paper simulates the overflow effect of ADC model and filter in the measurement chip,explains the above two phenomena in principle,and gives the solution,and verifies the correctness of the solution through experimental data.Corresponding guidance is put forward to the provincial electric power company according to the performance requirements of electricity meter under the overload conditions.
