摘要
通过自制不同配比的MS(硅烷改性聚醚)密封胶,开展了自然曝晒试验和高温加速老化试验,对不同配比下MS密封胶的耐候性能进行了系统研究,并获得了较佳的配比方案。在此基础上,对多种双组分和单组分MS密封胶的耐候性能进行了对比。研究结果表明:在自然曝晒试验中,单组分试样的性能表现要优于双组分试样,而在高温老化试验中,双组分试样的表现好于单组分试样。在使用MS密封胶时,应该考虑具体需求来选择产品。该研究成果可为MS密封胶设计和研究提供参考。
Natural exposure test and high-temperature accelerated aging test were carried out by using selfmade MS(silane modified polyether)sealants with different proportions.The weathering resistance of MS sealants with different proportions was systematically studied and the optimal proportion scheme was obtained.On this basis,the weathering resistance of a variety of two-component and one-component MS sealants were compared.The research results showed that the performance of one-component samples was better than that of two-component samples in the natural exposure test,and the performance of the two-component samples was better than that of the one-component sample in the high-temperature aging test.When using the MS sealant,the product should be selected according to the specific requirements.These research results could provide reference for the design and study of MS sealant.
