摘要
为了研究脂多糖(LPS)对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导的ECV304血管内皮细胞凋亡的影响,试验采用LPS与DSS协同诱导ECV304血管内皮细胞建立细胞损伤模型,并用流式细胞术分析对细胞凋亡、活性氧(R0S)、线粒体膜电位(MMP)的影响。结果表明:LPS与DSS协同后增加了DSS诱导的ECV304血管内皮细胞的凋亡率,细胞内活性氧含量,以及线粒体膜电位损伤程度。说明LPS对DSS诱导的ECV304血管内皮细胞损伤具有增强作用,同时也促进了DSS诱导的细胞凋亡。
In order to study the effect of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)on apoptosis of ECV304 vascular endothelial cells induced by dextran sulphate sodium salt(DSS),LPS and DSS were used as coordinate induction to establish the cell injury model of ECV304 vascular endothelial cells.Apoptosis,reactive oxygen species(ROS)and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)were detected by flow cytometry.The results showed that LPS and DSS increased the apoptosis rate,ROS content and increased the MMP injury effect in ECV304 endothelial cells induced by DSS.It indicated that LPS had sensitization effect on DSS-induced ECV304 vascular endothelial cell injury,and also promoted DSS-induced apoptosis.
