超深地下连续墙混凝土灌注质量控制技术

Research on quality control technology of concrete pouring for ultra-deep diaphragm wall

以南京地铁7号线雨润路车站地下连续墙工程为研究对象,详细介绍了以导管法配合浇筑架进行水下混凝土浇筑的施工工艺以及整个水下混凝土灌注的关键施工工序,同时从清孔、二次清孔、导管埋深以及高程控制、混凝土配合比、季节性施工质量保证措施等方面详细分析和阐述了超深地下连续墙混凝土灌注质量控制关键点,为日后类似工程提供借鉴。

Taking the underground continuous wall project of Yurun Road Station of Nanjing Metro Line 7 as the research object,this paper introduces in detail the construction technology of underwater concrete pouring with tremie method and pouring frame,as well as the key construction procedures of the whole underwater concrete pouring,at the same time,from the aspects of hole cleaning,secondary hole cleaning,buried depth and elevation control of tremie,concrete mix ratio,seasonal construction quality assurance measures,etc.. The key points of concrete pouring quality control of ultra deep diaphragm wall are analyzed and elaborated in detail,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
