既有建筑地下增层基础施工工艺

Research on the foundation construction technology of the basement-addition in existing building

分别对既有建筑内的基础施工重难点进行概括汇总,列举并比较现有施工工艺的优缺点,分析其在地下增层施工中的适用性。针对上述施工重难点,提出了现有工艺在施工设备、施工工序等方面的改进方向。

This paper summarizes the key and difficult points of foundation construction in the existing buildings,enumerates and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing construction techniques,and analyzes their applicability in the basement-addition construction. In view of the above mentioned construction difficulties,the improvement direction of existing technology in construction equipment and construction process is proposed.
