The small thermal chamber is an auxiliary underground foundation building which needs to be built when laying the pipe network of urban central heating network. It mainly installed with thermal pipe network compensator,drain valve,exhaust valve and other equipments. In the daily work,in addition to the maintenance of the above mentioned equipments,it is also necessary to observe the stagnant water in the small thermal chamber on a regular basis. This paper introduces the development and installation requirements of a small thermal chamber immersion alarm. This paper also demonstrates the practical significance and project difficulties of making the small thermal chamber immersion alarm and find the deficiencies and try to find a new improvement scheme at the same time. This kind of alarm can reduce staffing deployment,improve work efficiency of inspection people. It not only has economic value,but also gurantees safety of inspection people to the greatest extent.
