摘要
为了明确大直径泥水盾构盾尾密封失效的原因,解决因盾尾密封失效而造成盾构掘进无法正常施工的问题,从设计与制造、工地组装及负环拼装、盾构掘进施工三方面详细阐述了盾尾密封性的主要影响因素,提出相应的控制措施,为以后大直径泥水盾构隧道项目施工提供参考和借鉴。
In order to clarify the reasons of failure of the large-diameter slurry shield tail seal and to solve the problems that the shield tunneling could not be properly constructed due to the failure,the main influencing factors including design,factory manufacturing,site assembly,negative ring assembly and shield tunneling of the seal tail sealability were elaborated in this paper. Combined with the influencing factors,the corresponding solutions were proposed,which provided sucessful reference for the construction of large diameter slurry shield tunnel project.
