摘要
针对装配式保温复合墙板工业生产的实际需求,结合其生产工艺特点和流程,设计了一条自动生产线。该生产线通过采用西门子SP7 PLC和OPC软件以及传感器、变频器等硬件系统,解决了从混料泵送、砂浆铺设、轨道输送、网布铺设、钢筋安装、压板、移位、脱模、清洗、喷油到正位等各个环节的自动控制和状态监控,并通过以太网实现了数据通讯和单元工序的总体联动,有效提高了产品质量和生产效率。
According to the actual demand of the industrial production of the assembled thermal insulation composite wallboard,an automatic production line is designed in combination with its production process characteristics and processes. The production line adopts Siemens SP7 PLC and OPC software as well as sensor,frequency converter and other hardware systems to solve the automatic control and status monitoring of various links,such as mixture pumping,sand slurry laying,track transportation,mesh laying,reinforcement installation,pressing plate,displacement,demoulding,cleaning,oil injection and positioning,and realizes the overall data communication and unit process through Ethernet Linkage,it effectively improves product quality and production efficiency.
