摘要
Seebeck效应从实验发现到理论解释经历了一个世纪的漫长过程。Seebeck系数体现了导体材料Seebeck效应的大小,它是导体材料自身的属性。文章根据半经典玻尔兹曼理论推导Seebeck系数的近似表达。Seebeck系数近似表达式指明了影响导体材料Seebeck效应的物理因素。文章有助于读者对Seebeck效应的理解,为热电材料的设计提供一定的指导意义。
Seebeck Effect has taken a century to evolve from experimental discovery to theoretical explanation.Seebeck coeffi-cient reflects the Seebeck Effect of conducting materials,which is an inherent property of materials.In this paper,an approximate expression of Seebeck coefficient is obtained by the semi-classical Boltzmann theory.The Seebeck coefficient approximate expression indicates the physical factors that affect the Seebeck Effect in conductor.This paper will help readers understand the Seebeck Effect and provide some guidance for the design of thermoelectric materials.
