The construction and application of the quality management system is of great significance for the production of sub-way vehicles.only by meeting the quality requirements can we ensure the safe operation of subway vehicles.First of all,this paper analyzes the construction basis of the subway vehicle production quality management system,and discusses the problems existing in the subway vehicle production quality management.On this basis,the application strategy of quality management system in the pro-duction process of subway vehicles is studied.
