摘要
为探明遮阴对特殊茶树资源“黄金菊”茶树生长及茶叶品质的影响,以遮光率为70%的黑色遮阳网为试验材料,以不遮光(0%)为对照,分析茶树农艺性状、茶园微环境、叶片光合参数、新梢内含成分等。结果显示,遮阴处理改善了黄化茶树资源“黄金菊”的生长状况,使得黄化新梢返绿,改变了处理茶树微环境及光合作用,提高了茶树氨基酸含量。说明适度遮阴可以促进茶树光合作用的进行,利于茶树有机物的积累,提高夏、秋茶品质。
To find out the impact of shading treatment on the growth and quality of special resources“Huangjinju”(Camellia sinensis),the black shading net with the shading rate of 70%was used as the experimental material,and the non shading(0%)was used as the control to analyzed the agronomic traits of tea tree,the microenvironment of tea garden,the photosynthetic parameters of leaves and the components of new shoots.The results showed that shading treatment improved the growth of yellow tea resources“Huangjinju”,made the yellow shoots turn green,changed the microenvironment and photosynthesis,and increased the amino acid content of treated tea.This research showed that moderate shading could promote the photosynthesis of tea plants,the accumulation of organic matter and the improvement of tea quality in summer and autumn.
