新型鲜叶滚筒分级机的研制与参数优化

摘要 采用新研制的滚筒分级机,以一芽一叶至一芽四叶的混合鲜叶为原料,先后优化了滚筒分级机的集叶区域,同时比较了不同形状(正方形、椭圆形和六边形)和不同面积(3.5~8.0 cm^2、4.5~10.0 cm^2和5.5~12.0 cm^2)的筛孔、不同倾角(4.5°、5.5°、6.5°、7.5°和8.5°)和不同转速(12 r/min、14 r/min、16 r/min、18 r/min和20 r/min)对鲜叶分级效果的影响,最后比较了不同鲜叶分级机的设备特性和分级效果。结果发现:新研制的滚筒分级机配备六边形筛孔,筛孔面积4.5~10.0 cm^2,倾角5.5°,转速16 r/min,目标芽叶分级率超过85%,该分级机操作简单,噪音小,分级率较高,为鲜叶品质提升与茶叶加工提供了新手段和新技术。 Using the newly developed roller screening machine,the leaf collecting area of it was optimized successively with the mixed fresh leaves of one bud,one leaf to one bud,four leaves as raw materials.At the same time,the effects of mesh with different shapes(square,oval and hexagon),different areas(3.5~8 cm^2,4.5~10 cm^2 and 5.5~12 cm^2),different obliquities(4.5°、5.5°、6.5°、7.5°and 8.5°),and different rotating speeds(12 r/min,14 r/min,16 r/min,18 r/min and 20 r/min)on fresh leaf screening were compared.Finally,the equipment characteristics and classification effect of different fresh leaf screening were compared.The results show that the newly developed roller screening machine is equipped with hexagonal mensh,mesh area of 4.5~10 cm^2,obliquity of 5.5°and rotating speed of 16 r/min,the screening rate of target bud and leaf is more than 85%.The new roller screening machine is easy to control,low in noise and high in screening rate,which provides a new means and technology for the improvement of fresh leaves quality and tea processing.
