车速与压浆力线性变化对浆纱性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 针对浆纱机高速化的发展趋势,研究浆纱机车速与压浆力线性变化对浆纱性能的影响。以粘胶9.84 tex纱为例,车速与压浆力的线性相关系数为24,分别测试了车速为20 m/min、40 m/min、60 m/min、80 m/min、100 m/min和120 m/min时浆纱的表面形态、上浆率、力学性能及使役特性,采用SPSS分析了车速与压浆力的线性变化和浆纱性能的相关性。结果表明:随着车速的增加,浆纱上浆率、力学性能和使役特性呈现先增大后减小的趋势,毛羽H值和平均直径呈现先增大后减小随后又增大的趋势。认为:浆纱的上浆率、力学性能和使役特性受车速与压浆力的线性变化影响显著。 Aimed at the development trend of higher speed sizing machine,the influences of sizing machine ve⁃locity and squeezing pressure linear change on sizing properties were studied.9.84 tex viscose yarn was used as an ex⁃ample.The linearly correlation coefficient of sizing velocity and squeezing pressure was 24.The yarn surface morphol⁃ogy,sizing percentage,mechanical property and service property of sized yarn were tested respectively when the siz⁃ing velocity was 20 m/min,40 m/min,60 m/min,80 m/min,100 m/min and 120 m/min.SPSS was adapted to ana⁃lyze the correlation between the linear change of sizing velocity and squeezing pressure with the sizing properties.The results showed that the sizing percentage,mechanical property and service property of sized yarn had a trend of increase first and then decrease as the increasing of sizing velocity.The hairiness H value and mean diameter showed a trend of increase first,decrease and then increase again.It is considered that the sizing percentage,mechanical prop⁃erty and service property are obviously affected by the linear change of sizing velocity and squeezing pressure.
