摘要
分析了一种由减压阀、电磁阀、固定节流器、单喷嘴挡板阀、单作用气缸构成的气动伺服机构原理,建立了其数学建模.基于不同海拔高度的工作环境,分析了气动伺服机构特性的影响因素.研究结果表明,供气温度、环境温度、供气压力对伺服机构的特性影响较小;海拔高度上升时,气动系统背压降低,导致伺服机构工作点发生明显变化.
The principle of the pneumatic servo that composed of pressure reducing valve,solenoid valve,single-flapper valve,single acting cylinder was analyzed,and its mathematical modeling was also built.The influence factors of pneumatic servo-mechanism were analyzed based on the different altitude.The results show that the air supply temperature,ambient temperature and air supply pressure have small influence on the characteristics of the servo-mechanism.When altitude rises,the back pressure of the pneumatic system decreases,resulting in a significant change in the working point of the servo-mechanism.
