摘要 校长专业化发展是现代校长队伍建设的核心命题。在校长治校实践中,校长负责制和问责制相继影响着校长专业发展。如何从科学与人文相融合视域将两者进行有机融合关注校长专业发展,校长双责制成为应然选择。校长双责制应遵循其教育机理,完善其结构要素进行系统化建构,进一步明晰校长双责制理论与实践意义,彰显校长双责制的导向性、凝聚性、激励性、品牌性、创造性、辐射性等特征,多维度保障校长双责制的施行,实现校长专业化发展与治校效益双赢。 The professional development of principals is the core proposition of the construction of modern principals. In the principal’s practice of school management, the principal’s responsibility system and accountability system have successively influenced the principal’s professional development. How to integrate the two from the perspective of the integration of science and humanities, paying attention to the professional development of the principal;that is, the principal’s dual responsibility system should be selected. The principal’s dual responsibility system should follow its educational mechanism, improve its structural elements for systematic construction, further clarify the theoretical and practical significance of the system, highlight the orientation, cohesiveness, motivation, brand and creativity, and radiation of the principal’s dual responsibility system, and guarantee the implementation of the principal’s dual responsibility system, to achieve the professional development of the principal and the school to achieve a win-win situation.
