摘要
通过正交试验,考察染料、三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂、Na2CO3质量分数和固化温度对增强-染色复合改性人工林杉木性能的影响。结果表明:树脂质量分数对改性材密度、抗胀率抗弯强度和模量、抗压强度和色牢度影响显著;染料质量分数对颜色影响显著;Na2CO3质量分数对色牢度影响明显,固化温度对抗胀率影响明显。优化工艺为:树脂质量分数30%、染料质量分数1%、Na2CO3质量分数0.5%和固化温度100℃,改性材物理力学性能和染色效果良好。
An orthogonal experiment was conducted to evaluate effects of Acid Red G mass fraction,melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin(MUF)concentration,Na2CO3 mass fraction and curing temperature on physical and mechanical properties of fast grown Chinese Fir wood modified with the above-mentioned compound and process.Results showed that the MUF concentration had a significant influence on wood density,anti-swelling efficacy(ASE),modulus of elasticity(MOE),modulus of rupture(MOR),compressive strength and color fastness.The dye mass fraction had significant influence only on wood color.The Na2CO3 mass fraction significantly affected wood color fastness only.The curing temperature significantly affected only the ASE.Based on a comprehensive evaluation,the optimal process was as follows:30%of MUF concentration,1%of Acid Red G mass fraction,0.5%of Na2CO3 mass fraction and 100℃of curing temperature.The modified wood samples had excellent physical and mechanical properties with good decorative performance,which are desirable for making solid wood furniture and other solid wood products.
