This paper analyzes the internal meaning of the design and pattern of commemorative coins after Macao returning to China,compares the classic cases and forms of commemorative coins,studies the design thinking and innovative design technology of commemorative coins for the 20th anniversary of the return of Macao,and probes into the design and strategic methods of commemorative coins by applying the theory of cognitive emotion system.
