Intelligent Healthy Old-age Care in the Background of “Healthy China”: Strategic Objectives and System Construction Implementation Path

智慧健康养老是在"健康中国"战略下推进供给侧结构性改革的新型服务模式,为健康养老服务质量的提升提供了技术支持和动力驱动。本文在健康中国背景下构建起"目标-结构-行动"分析框架,探讨智慧健康养老的战略目标,在政策支持、服务供给、服务标准及人才培养体系结构下分析智慧健康养老的行动方案。研究发现,智慧健康养老的核心仍在服务本身,应立足老年人多层次、个性化、定制化的健康养老需求,发挥信息技术的资源融合和服务功能,提升智慧健康养老服务的精细化、标准化,促进智慧健康养老服务高质量发展。

Intelligent and healthy old-age care is a new service mode to promote the structural reform of the supply side under the strategy of"Healthy China",which provides technical support and driving force for the improvement of the service quality of healthy old-age care.Under the background of"Healthy China",this paper constructs an"objective-structure-action"analysis framework,explores the strategic objectives of intelligent healthy old-age care,and analyses the action plan of intelligent healthy old-age care under the policy support,service supply,service standards and personnel training system.The study found that the core of intelligent health care is still the service itself.Based on the multi-level,individualized and customized health care needs of the elderly,we should give full play to the information technology resources integration and service functions,improve the refinement and standardization of intelligent health care services,and promote the high-quality development of intelligent health care services.
