多孔薄壁圆筒型壳体振动特性的仿真与验证

摘要 多孔薄壁圆筒型壳体常作为换能器的防撞结构,其在水中的固有频率附近的振动可能会对换能器的声学性能产生一定影响,因此设计壳体时进行模态分析是必要的。对壳体进行模态仿真分析和结构优化,采用近似法解决了无限水域的附加水质量给壳体模态带来影响的问题,该方法对壳体结构的设计具有一定指导作用。 Porous thin-walled cylindrical shell is often used as a diversion or anti-collision structure of transducer,its natural frequency in water is greatly different from that in air,and its resonance vibration may have some influence on the acoustic performance of the transducer.So,it is necessary to conduct wet model analysis when designing the shell.In this paper,the wet mode simulation analysis and structure optimization of the shell are carried out.By selecting the appropriate water area size and adopting the finite water area approximation method,the problem that the shell mode in simulation process could be distorted due to no way to simulate the additional water mass of infinite water area is solved,and this method has some guiding effect on shell structure design.
