工程项目参与方关系管理研究述评

Review on Relationship Management of Construction Project Participant

作为提升工程项目绩效的一种重要手段,参与方关系管理受到了理论界和实践界的广泛关注,大量的研究围绕着参与方关系管理而展开,但目前尚缺乏对工程项目关系管理研究的系统回顾。本文运用citespace软件,对工程项目参与方关系管理文献进行了筛选和分析,首先对工程项目关系管理的几个相关概念进行比较,并通过可视图谱对工程项目关系管理研究脉络进行分析,结果显示,参与方关系管理经历了从严格的契约控制、构建视角下的关系契约设计到深入考察项目过程中社会关系要素的研究历程。随后,本文围绕工程项目关系质量的内涵与测量、作用边界、关系培育和修复等内容进行了详细述评,指出现有研究对参与方关系的负面作用、关系策略的应用情境以及关系修复机理等关注不足,且研究视角过于单一。针对上述局限,本文进一步提出了未来研究需要深化的方向。

As a response to improve the performance of construction projects,the relationship management among participants has elicited increasing attention from the researchers and practitioners. A large amount of research has carried out around relationship management(RM)among participants. However,a thorough review of RM is unavailable in construction projects. Combined with citespace software,the literature relationship management in construction project was screened and analyzed. Firstly,several related concepts of relationship management in project were defined,and the context of relationship management development was traced through the view spectrum analysis. The results show that the relationship management has experienced the research process from contract control strictly and relationship contract design to the in-depth study of the social relationship elements in the project process. Then the connotation and measurement of relationship in project,action boundary and relationship cultivation were reviewed in detail. It points out the lack of attention to the negative effects of the relationship,the application context of relationship strategy and restoration mechanism in existing research. Moreover,research perspective is too single. In view of the above deficiencies,further research directions are proposed.
