“互联网+”背景下大学生创业胜任力影响因素研究

The Research on the Influencing Factors of Entrepreneurship Competence of University Students under the Background of Internet Plus

大学生作为高知识、强技术储备的青年群体,在创新创业活动中发挥着独特作用。但在瞬息万变的互联网时代,从大学生的阅历、经验还是能力开发等方面来说,都不足以支撑其在创业活动短时间内取得良好成效。因而有针对性地提升大学生的创业能力,进而促使该群体能够胜任互联网时代创业活动中的技能素质要求,既是对创业行为负责的意识体现,也是社会给予大学生创业群体的期望。基于此,在因子分析法的基础上对高校大学生创业胜任力的特征进行实证分析,结果表明:高校大学生创业胜任力建设所面临的具体问题聚焦于创业品质、创业动机、创业能力、创业知识、创业心理。通过构建针对大学生创业胜任力建设的模型,提出了能力技能培训、创业心理支持、创业政策支持等方面的建设性对策建议。

As a group of young people with abundant knowledge and strong technological reserve,college students can play unique roles in innovation and entrepreneurship. However,in the rapidly changing age of the Internet,from the perspective of college students’ experiences,or ability developments,they are not enough to support the achievement of good results in a short period of time. Therefore,the aim is to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students,and further promote these groups to be able to meet the requirements of the skills quality in entrepreneurial activities in the Internet era. It is not only the consciousness of responsibility for entrepreneurial behavior,but also the expectation that society gives to college students’ entrepreneurial groups. Based on this,in the context of the Internet era,based on the factor analysis method,an empirical analysis of the characteristics of the competence of college students’ entrepreneurship is made in the paper. The analysis holds that the specific problems faced by college students in building entrepreneurial competence are entrepreneurial quality, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial psychology. Based on the problems,a competency model for college students is constructed to build their entrepreneurial competence,and some constructive countermeasures are put forward,such as ability skills training,entrepreneurial psychological support,and entrepreneurial policy support.
