摘要 为解决传统继电保护中后备保护整定配合困难、潮流转移时连锁跳闸、各种异常状况导致的主保护拒动等问题,提高继电保护的整体性能和对未来电网的适应性,提出了新型层次化保护系统的构建模式与功能配置。在站域保护层面,采用分电压等级集中式站域保护,根据不同电压等级和变电站规模,采用不同的构建模式。在广域保护层面,采用基于相邻变电站信息交互的变电站集中式广域保护构建方案。在站内,站域保护决策中心与本站的广域保护决策中心进行信息交互;在站间,相邻变电站的广域决策中心通过点对多点式的MSTP网络通信。最后,以某电网局部线路网架为参考,通过电磁暂态建模与算例分析,验证了新型层次化保护构建模式与配置的可行性。 In order to solve the problems of the traditional protection system,such as difficulties in threshold setting for the backup protection,cascading tripping during power flow transferring,and failure to operate caused by various abnormal conditions for the main protection,this paper proposes the construction mode and function configuration of a novel hierarchical protection system,which can improve the reliability of relay protection,simplify the setting calculation and adapting to the development of complex power grids in the future.At the station protection level,different station protection construction modes are adopted according to different voltage levels and substation scales.At the wide-area protection level,a centralized wide-area protection construction scheme based on adjacent substation information interaction is adopted.In the station,the station protection decision center is set according to different voltage levels and exchanges information with the wide area protection decision center.In the inter-station,the wide-area decision centers between substations communicate with each other based on MSTP network.Finally,based on a certain power grid,the feasibility of the construction mode and configuration for the novel hierarchical protection is verified by electromagnetic transient modeling and case analysis.
