摘要 基于社会效益视角提出一种兼顾电动汽车用户和电网利益的电动汽车充电站优化规划方法。以包含电动汽车车主行驶途中电量损耗成本和配电网网损成本在内的总体社会成本最小为目标函数,考虑充电站服务半径、变压器和线路负载率、节点电压幅值等约束,采用粒子群算法结合Voronoi图求解得到最优的充电站选址方案。选取某市城区某区域为案例,表明本文所提方法相较传统方法可取得更优的社会效益。 This paper proposes an optimization planning method for electric vehicle charging stations based on the perspective of social benefits that takes into account the interests of electric vehicle users and power grids.With the objective function of minimum social cost including the power loss cost of electric vehicle owner and the network loss cost of distribution network,particle swarm optimization algorithm is combined with Voronoi diagram to obtain the optimal location scheme for the charging station by considering the constraints such as the service radius of the charging station,the load rate and node voltage amplitude of substation and transmission line.In the end,a certain area of a city is selected as a case to verify that the proposed method achieves good social benefits than the traditional method.
