摘要 针对110 kV长距离输电系统面临的电压越限、负荷侧功率因数波动引起的输送能力受限及谐波超标等问题,提出并设计了采用电容器串联补偿与SVC并联补偿的综合解决方案。结合用户负荷特性,对不同功率因数下的电压水平进行计算,研究电容器串联补偿提升输送能力的可行性,并完成了参数设计;研究在串联电容器补偿接入的前提下配置SVC解决负荷侧的电压波动、功率因数及谐波问题的可行性,仿真计算结果证明了所提方案的有效性。 In view of the problems of 110 kV long-distance transmission system,such as voltage violations,limited transmission capacity and excessive harmonic due to the power factor fluctuation at load side,the paper proposes a scheme using series capacitor compensation and parallel SVC compensation.Combined with consumer load characteristics,the voltage levels under different power factors are calculated,the feasibility of using the series capacitor compensation to improve the transmission capacity is studied,and the parameter design is already completed.In addition,the feasibility studies of using SVC to solve the problems are done,such as the voltage fluctuations,power factors and harmonic at load side under the premise of the integration of the series capacitor compensation into the system.The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
