摘要
随着全世界各国对分布式电源的发展和研究,分布式电源以其低碳环保、清洁可在生、供给方式多样等优点得以快速的发展应用,但分布式电源在出力方面存在一定的波动性、间歇性和随机性,大量接入对电力工业的规划建设和稳定运行也带来了新的挑战。针对分布式电源并入配电网的运行情况,着重分析了分布式电源对配电网电流保护、自动重合闸和电能质量的影响,分布式电源并网可能会导致线路电流保护失效、拒动或误动作,也会造成配电网的非同期重合和故障点电弧重燃,同时分布式电源会对其所接入的变电站母线和其他馈线的电压都有抬升作用。
With the development and research of distributed generation(DG)in various countries around the world,it has been rapidly developing and applying due to its advantages of low carbon,environmental protection,cleanliness and diverse supply modes.However,the DG also has some disadvantages such as fluctuation,intermittence and randomness in power output,so bringing new challenges to the construction and operation of power industry.Aiming at the operation of the DG integrating into the distribution network,this paper focuses on the influence of the DG on relay protection,including current protection,automatic reclosing and power quality,and points out that the DG integrating into the distribution network may cause line current protection failure and rejection as well as misoperation,and also cause non-synchronous reclosing and the re-ignition of fault arc.Meanwhile,the DG will cause the voltage rise of the bus and other feeder line in the substation connected to the DG.
