摘要
采用尺寸分别为6 mm、12 mm、20 mm的玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维对粗骨料粒径为5~10 mm和10~20 mm的透水混凝土的透水系数、孔隙率、抗压强度、抗折强度以及冻融耐久性变化规律进行了分析,并与普通透水混凝土进行了对比。结果表明,纤维的掺入以及纤维尺寸的递增能够提升透水混凝土的力学性能和冻融耐久性;透水混凝土的透水性能、力学性能和冻融耐久性均随着骨料粒径的增大而增加;玄武岩纤维在增强透水混凝土性能方面优于聚丙烯纤维;尺寸为12 mm的玄武岩纤维和粒径为10~20 mm的骨料更适用于改善透水混凝土的性能。
Basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber with dimensions of 6 mm, 12 mm and 20 mm were used to analyze the permeability coefficient, porosity, compressive strength, bending strength and freeze-thaw durability of pervious concrete with coarse aggregate size of 5~10 mm and 10~20 mm, and compared with ordinary pervious concrete. The results show that the addition of fibers and the increase of fiber size can improve the mechanical properties and freeze-thaw durability of pervious concrete. With the increase of aggregate size, the water permeability, mechanical properties and freeze-thaw durability of the concrete are increased. Basalt fiber is superior to polypropylene fiber in enhancing the performance of pervious concrete. Basalt fiber with the size of 12 mm and coarse aggregate with particle size of 10~20 mm are more suitable for improving the performance of pervious concrete.
