摘要
当前现代拉舍尔花边机早已摆脱手工和机械时代,步入数控时代。数控技术影响着现代花边技术多元化、个性化发展的趋势。文章通过研究数控经编机的横移技术、数控贾卡技术以及对民族性元素花型设计的重要影响指出,数控技术满足了当今社会对高品质、高质量和复杂花型越来越高的要求,为研究民族元素的拉舍尔设计提供了客观条件;进一步了解和研究数控技术对民族元素设计应用的适用性,可以更好地设计生产出本土化的拉舍尔花边。
The current modern Raschel lace machine has been developed into the CNC-controlled one from the handwork and the mechanical age.CNC technology plays an important role in the diverse and personalized development trend of modern lace technology.By studying the traverse technology of CNC warp knitting machine,CNC jacquard technology and its influence on the design of the national elemental pattern,the paper points out that CNC technology meets the requirement for the high-quality and complex pattern,providing objective conditions for the study of Raschel’s design of national elements.To further understand and study the applicability of CNC technology for the design and application of national elements,people can better design and produce localized Raschel lace.
