摘要
"一带一路"倡议将为沿线各国进行国际合作和发展提供历史性机遇,但缺乏国际化人才成为我国企业"走出去"的瓶颈。为此应加强国际化人才培养、优化人才结构、平衡人才地区分布,特别是培养紧缺的高端复合型国际化人才,发挥政府的资源整合优势、企业的市场竞争优势、高校的智力优势、智库的科研优势,政、产、学、研融合,为"一带一路"建设培养国际化人才,为实现"一带一路"倡议提供有力的人才保证。
The Belt and Road Initiative will provide historic opportunities for international cooperation and development for countries along the routes,but the lack of globally competitive talents has become the bottleneck for Chinese enterprises to"go global."Therefore,we should strengthen the cultivation of globally competitive talents,optimize the composition of trained personnel,and balance the distribution of talents in different regions.In particular,we should cultivate high-end interdisciplinary globally competitive talent that are in short supply.We should give full play to the advantages of the integrated resource of government,competitive advantage of enterprises in markets,intellectual advantage of colleges and universities,scientific research advantage of think tanks,and integration of politics,industry,learning and research,so as to cultivate globally competitive talents,thus provide personnel guarantee for the Belt and Road Initiative.
