摘要
为了研究生物质燃烧过程中挥发分析出对氯化钾(KCl)从固相向气相析出的携带作用,采用管式炉,在500℃到650℃温度下,对纯玉米秸粉和添加了KCl的玉米秸粉进行了燃烧实验,并对燃烧底灰进行了X射线荧光检测(XRF)。采用灰以及灰元素的质量守恒分析方法,计算了KCl的携带率。结果表明:玉米秸燃烧时,挥发分会将2%到5%的固相KCl携带到气相中。携带率受温度影响,550℃时携带率到达最大值。携带率小于5%,说明挥发分携带不是燃烧过程中KCl析出的主要方式。
In order to investigate the effect of entrained flow of volatiles on the amount of potassium released into the gas phase during the combustion of biomass,the pure corn stover powder and the mixture of corn stover powder and potassium chloride(KCl)were burned in a tube furnace between 500 and 650°C.The residue ashes were analyzed by X-Ray Fluorescence analyzer(XRF).Entrained ratio of KCl was calculated according to mass conservation of ashes and that of elements of ashes.The entrained ratio varied with temperature,and the maximum value appeared at 550°C.Entrained ratio of less than 5%illustrates that entrainment of volatiles is not the main path of KCl release in biomass combustion.
