摘要
由于现有的建设工程项目评标方法存在赋权主观性过强、评标指标间存在相关性等问题,使得评标结果不够客观公正。针对于以上问题,建立了基于主成分分析法的建设工程项目评标模型。借助SPSS软件进行数据计算,求得评标的综合评价结果并进行优劣排序,从中选择出最优的投标人。经实例分析证明:该模型有效地解决了评标过程中指标赋权时受主观影响过强的弊端,同时也避免了指标间的相关性所导致的赋权重复问题,使得评标结果更加合理,具有一定的科学性和实用性。
Due to the subjectivity of the existing evaluation methods of construction projects and the correlation between evaluation indexes,the evaluation results are not objective and fair enough.In order to solve the above problems,a bidding evaluation model of construction project based on principal component analysis method is established,and data calculation is carried out by SPSS software.The comprehensive evaluation results of bidding evaluation are obtained and ranked,from which the optimal bidder is selected.The example analysis proves that the model effectively solves the disadvantage that the subjective influence is too strong in the process of evaluating the bid,and avoids the multiple weighting problems caused by the correlation between the indicators,which makes the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable,and there fore has certain scientific and practical value.
