Single Well Production-injection Integration Technology for the EP18-1 Oilfield in South China Sea

摘要 针对珠江口盆地EP18-1油田弱边水驱稠油油藏HJ2-21,投产后不久因地层能量不足导致无法正常生产的问题,在基于油藏认识及平台无人工注水设备的现有条件基础上,提出了同井抽注开发技术,并从水质配伍性、防砂方案设计、管柱工艺设计、井下数据监测等方面进行了同井抽注方案设计。同井抽注技术在EP18-1油田稠油油藏进行了矿场试验,并取得了良好的经济效益,为类似油田的开发提供了经验借鉴。 In order to solve the problem that the weak water drive viscous oil reservoir HJ2-21 in EP18-1 oilfield in the Pearl River Mouth Basin could not maintain normal production soon after been put into production due to insufficient producing energy,a single well production-injection integration technology was proposed based on the reservoir recognition and that there was no water injection equipment in the platform,the single well production-injection integration design was then conducted based on the water compatibility,sand control design,string design,downhole data monitoring.Single well production-injection integration technology has been experimentally tested in the viscous oil reservoir in EP18-1 oilfield with great success and economic benefits.It also provided experience for the development of similar oilfields.
