通过分析现有除尘系统存在的问题并结合现场实际运行情况研究制定合理的乙炔装置去粉尘治理方案,其中包括除尘点布局、除尘器安装位置优化、除尘管线布置以及合理的除尘风量。

Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the dedusting system and the field operation,a reasonable dust control scheme for acetylene plant is developed,including the layout of dedusting points,the optimization of the installation position of the deduster,the layout of the dedusting pipeline and the reasonable dedusting air volume.
