中风患者便秘的辨证施膳与护理对策分析

Analysis on Treatment and Nursing Countermeasure of Constipation in Apoplexy Patients

目的:观察辨证施膳应用于中风患者便秘治疗中的效果,并分析护理对策。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年12月我院收治的中风并发便秘的患者104例,其中仅行护理干预的53例患者为常规组,行辨证施膳联合护理干预的51例患者为干预组。观察干预效果。结果:两组患者干预后各项症状评分均显著下降(P<0.01),且干预组患者干预后各项症状评分更低(P<0.05),护理满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:中风并发便秘患者治疗过程中,根据中医辨证论治理论给予饮食干预,配合相应的护理措施,可缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的护理满意度,效果显著。

Objective: To analyze the effect of dialectical diet on the treatment of constipation in stroke patients,and analyze the nursing countermeasures.Selection methods from January 2016 to December 2017,104 cases of patients in our hospital with stroke complicated with constipation,line only 53 patients of nursing intervention for conventional group,line shih syndrome food joint 51 cases of patients with nursing intervention as intervention group.Observing the effect of intervention.Results: The two groups after intervention in patients with the symptom scores were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),and the intervention group after the intervention in patients with the symptom scores were lower(P < 0.05),nursing satisfaction improved significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with stroke complicated by constipation treatment process,according to the theory of Chinese medicine dialectical treatment gives dietary interventions,cooperate with the corresponding nursing measures,can alleviate the patient’s clinical symptoms,improve patient satisfaction with care,the effect is remarkable.
