穴位埋线治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of Clinically Curative Effect on Functional Constipation by Acupoint Catgut Embedding

目的:通过观察功能性便秘患者治疗前后的Bristole粪便性状评分量表(BSFS)、便秘患者临床评分量表(CCS)的变化以及总体有效率来客观的评价穴位埋线对功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将纳入研究的90例功能性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组(穴位埋线组),和对照组(针刺组)。治疗组予穴位埋线法治疗,取天枢、腹结穴,每周1次;对照组予针刺取相同穴位,每周3次,治疗周期均为4周,取治疗前后的Bristole粪便性状评分量表(BSFS)、便秘患者临床评分量表(CCS)的变化以及总体有效率。同时我们还观察各组的不良反应。结果:穴位埋线组、针刺组治疗前后BSFS、CCS评分均有显著变化(P<0.05),其中穴位埋线组BSFS、CCS评分变化要明显大于针刺组(P<0.05);穴位埋线组总有效率大于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线电针和普通针刺对功能性便秘均有疗效,穴位埋线在治疗效果、改善患者便秘临床评分、粪便性状评分及整体有效率要优于普通针刺,且该方法疗效确切、省时方便、耐受性好,值得临床推广。

Objective: To appraise the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding treatment on functional constipation by observing Bristole excrement character rating scale( BSFS),numeric rating constipation scales(CCS) and treatment efficiency before and after treatment among functional consitipation patients.Methods: 90 functional constipation patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(acupoint catgut embedding group) and a controlled group( acupuncture group),and each group had 45 cases.Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding at bilateral Tianshu(ST 25),Fujie(SP 14),it was given once a week.Patients in the controlled group were treated with ordinary acupuncture at the same acupoints,3 times a week.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks.Record BSFS,CCS assessment scale before and after treatment,respectively.Results: Total scores of BSFS,CCS and showed that compared with those before treatment,the changes of the acupoint catgut embedding group and the normal group were significant,the total efficiency in acupoint catgut embedding was greater than that in normal acupuncture group.The total effective rate of the acupoint catgut embedding group is greater than the acupuncture group.Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding and general acupuncture are effective for functional constipation,but the acupoint catgut embedding treatment can improve BSFS,CCS scores of constipation and treatment efficiency much better than ordinary acupuncture.The use of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of functional constipation has an exactly curative effect,time saving,convenience and good tolerance.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
