儿童弹性纤维假黄瘤

A case of pseudoxanthoma elasticum in children

报告1例儿童弹性纤维假黄瘤。患儿男,9岁。颈部及腹部丘疹3年。皮肤科检查:颈部及腹部可见成片密集分布的淡黄色粟粒至米粒大丘疹,呈网状排列。皮损组织病理检查:真皮上部和中部可见弹性纤维变性、断裂,排列不规则,呈团块状或颗粒状改变。弹性纤维Verhoeff-Van Gleson染色:真皮可见大量弹性纤维变性、断裂、卷曲,呈碎片或颗粒状。诊断:弹性纤维假黄瘤。

A case of pseudoxanthoma elasticum of a child is reported.A 9 years old boy presented with asymptomatic yellow papules on the neck and abdomen for 3 years.Physical examination indicated that numerous pale yellow papules,sized from millet grain to rice,densely distributed in a reticular pattern on the neck and abdomen.Histopathologic examination demonstrated denatured and fragmented elastic fibers,irregularly arranged in mass or granular form,in the upper and middle parts of the dermis.Verhoeff-Van Gleson staining showed that many elastic fibers were denatured,broken,curled,and fragmented or granulated.The diagnosis of pseudoxanthoma elasticum was established.
