影响企业家的“企业家精神”:从能力到能量的跃迁

Entrepreneurial Spirit that Affects the Entrepreneurs: Transition from Competency to Energy

在不确定性作为最重要的环境背景时,企业家精神获得了新的关注。本文采用纵向案例研究方法,以著名企业家褚时健为分析对象探索当下企业家精神新的内涵及其形成过程。研究发现:新时代下企业家精神包含能力和能量两个层面,能量层面具有冲突包容性、动态持续性和多层面影响力;企业家与环境互动表现在“进-退”两种行为倾向之间,其中企业家个体的悖论认知及个体对冲突的包容在推动“进-退”转换中起到了重要的作用;企业家精神的能量层面在“进-退”动态循环中形成。本研究给中国本土情境下理解企业家精神带来新的启示。

With uncertainty becoming the most important background of this era,entrepreneurial spirit has gained new attention.Taking a famous entrepreneur—Chu Shijian as an analysis object,this paper adopts a longitudinal case study to explore the new connotation of entrepreneurial spirit and its formation process.The study finds that(1)entrepreneurial spirit includes two levels:entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial energy.The energy level is characterized by conflicting tolerance,dynamic sustainability and multilevel influence.(2)The entrepreneur had behavioral tendencies between“advance-retreat”,of which the paradox cognition and the individual tolerance to conflict play an important role in promoting the“advance-retreat”transformation.(3)The entrepreneurial energy forms in the dynamic cycle of“advance-retreat”.This study brings new inspiration to understand entrepreneurship in Chinese context.
