摘要
为确定菱形多孔结构材料的线性性能,采用几何分析方法,推导出了精确的相对密度计算公式;并根据六边形多孔蜂窝结构的计算方法,推导出了菱形多孔结构的弹性模量、泊松比和剪切模量的计算公式。利用控制变量分析方法,揭示了菱形多孔结构剪切模量和两个方向弹性模量的变化规律及其敏感参数。通过有限元软件建立了菱形多孔结构模型,并对弹性模量、泊松比和剪切模量计算公式进行了仿真验证分析。结果表明:本文推导出的计算公式是正确的,且计算误差小于5%;菱形多孔结构的泊松比仅与夹角有关,而弹性模量和剪切模量随边长增大而减小,并随厚度增大而增大。
In order to study the linear properties of rhombohedral porous materials, the exact solution formula of relative density is deduced by using geometric analysis method. According to the calculation method of hexagonal cellular honeycomb structures, the elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio and shear of rhombohedral porous structures are deduced. Through the control variable analysis method, the variation law and sensitive parameters of the shear modulus and the two directions elastic modulus of the rhombic porous structure are revealed. The rhombic porous structure model is established using finite element software and the simulation analysis is performed. Modulus, Poisson’s ratio, and shear modulus calculation formulas are verified. The results show that the deduced formula is correct and the calculation error is less than 5%. The Poisson’s ratio of the rhombic porous structure is only related to the included angle. The elastic modulus and shear modulus decrease as the side length increases, and increases with the thickness.
