摘要 为了研究舱室内炸药爆炸泄压过程参数变化规律,基于伯努利方程推导给出了一种计算泄压过程中准静态压力及速度时间历程的简化计算公式。采用自主开发的程序开展了不同泄压口大小、不同质量炸药下舱室内爆炸泄压数值计算,通过理论与数值计算结果的对比分析了公式中等熵指数的取值及影响因素。研究结果表明,泄压口大小对等熵指数影响很小,而炸药质量对等熵指数影响较大,随着炸药质量增大,等熵指数不断减小并趋于1.0。 In order to study the change of parameters during relief process of explosion in a cabin, a simplified calculation formula is derived to calculate the quasi-static pressure and gas flowing out velocity time history based on the Bernoulli equation derivation. An in-house code is applied to conduct numerical calculations for different venting holes and different explosive masses. The values and influencing factors of undetermined isentropic index in the proposed formula are preliminarily analyzed by comparing the theoretical and numerical results. It is indicated that the effect of size of venting hole on isentropic index is small, while the effect of explosive mass on isentropic index is large. As the explosive mass increases, the isentropic index decreases and tends to be 1.0. The research in this paper can provide certain reference and basis for the assessment of explosion damage in a cabin.
