我国医生集团注册与运营现状分析

Analysis ofthe current status of operation and enterprise registration of medical groups in China

目的:了解医生集团的现状、功能与运行情况。方法:通过工商注册信息、官网以及其他公开信息,分析现有医生集团的数量、分布、资本性质、业务内容等情况。结果:962家医生集团中,有891家进行了工商注册,其中665家(74.64%)医生集团注册地点在广东省,563家(63.19%)注册地点为深圳市;508家(57.01%)医生集团仅含有个人股东,183家(20.51%)仅含有机构股东。98家(11.00%)医生集团有自建的实体医疗机构,11家(1.23%)正在筹建实体医疗机构。结论:国家和地方出台的相关政策助推医生集团的快速发展;医生集团并非完全是医生的集合体;医生集团有多种医疗服务的实现路径;工商注册不能解决其行医合法性问题,但使医生集团有更广泛的商业机会。

Objective:To understand the overall situations,functions and operations of medical groups in China.Methods:Industrial and commercial registration information and public information of medical groups were inquired,then the distribution,capital nature,business content and so on of these groups were investigated.Results:891 out from 962 medical groups have finished enterprise registration;14 were found to have their operational information on Baidu and/or on their own official websites only;and 57 were in the situations in which the information has been missing or invalid.In total,there were 665(74.64%)medical groups registered in Guangdong Province,of which 563(63.19%)have registered in Shenzhen City.508(57.01%)contained only one shareholder and 183(20.51%)joint-ventured with only institutional shareholders.98(11.00%)medical groups were found to have self-built physical medical institutions,and 11(1.23%)were in the preparation for the construction of physical medical institutions.Conclusions:The national and local support policies contributed to the rapid development of medical groups.Medical groups are“Light assets”in the medical industry with have multiple paths to provide medical services efficiently.Enterprise registration cannot solve the problem of legality of providing the medical services,but gives the medical groups a wider range of business opportunities.
