摘要
采用溶剂热/水热法合成了一种铁锰复合氧化物微米棒,结果表明:溶剂中乙二醇和水的体积比可以有效控制材料的形貌,随着溶剂中水的体积比从V乙二醇/V水=3∶2变化到V乙二醇/V水=0∶5,材料的形貌由块状变化为长径比不同的棒状结构。该方法合成的材料具有较高的比表面积及较均匀的铁锰元素分布,因此对水中砷化合物有较高的吸附能力。V乙二醇/V水=1∶4条件下合成的FMO-3材料可以在150 min内,对砷的吸附率达到97%以上。
The iron-manganese composite oxides microrods were synthesized by solvothermal/hydrothermal method.It shows that the volume ratio of ethylene glycol to water in solvents can effectively control the morphology of materials.With the change of the volume ratio of water in solvents from V ethylene glycol/V water=3∶2 to V ethylene glycol/V water=0∶5,the morphology of materials change from bulk to nanorods with different aspect ratio.The materials have high specific surface area,iron and manganese elements distribute uniformly.Therefore,the material performs the excellent arsenic adsorption capacity,the As removal rate reaches more than 97%within 150 min on FMO-3 sample which synthesized at V ethylene glycol/V water=1∶4.
