内蒙古地区静脉用药配伍禁忌认知情况的调查

Cognition of contraindication of intravenous drug use of nurses in Inner Mongolia

目的了解护士在静脉用药配伍禁忌方面的认知状况,分析护士在静脉用药配伍禁忌方面的现状和存在的问题。方法采用抽样调查的方法对内蒙古地区8所三甲医院的1000名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士对静脉用药配伍禁忌的认知率为59.7%;不同护龄、年龄、职称的护士在使用配伍禁忌表、评估配伍禁忌、查看药物说明书、关注配伍禁忌知识的维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、护龄的护士在培训配伍知识必要性的维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历的护理人员在使用配伍禁忌表、评估配伍能力、查看药物说明书和关注配伍禁忌知识的维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士对静脉用药配伍禁忌的认知水平偏低,护士的配伍禁忌知识来源比较局限,不同年龄、护龄、职称、学历的护士在静脉用药配伍禁忌的认知上存在差异。

Objective To understand the cognition of nurses in the contraindications of intravenous drug use,and to analyze the present situation and problems of nurses in the aspect of intravenous drug compatibility taboos.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted from 1000 nurses,from 8 third-grade class-A hospitals in Inner Mongolia selected randomly.Results The higher the age of the nurse,the nursing age,professional title,and education background,the higher the scores in using Compatibility taboo list,ability to assess prohibited combination,habit of checking drug instructions,and paying attention to the knowledge of compatibility taboos(all P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses'cognition level of intravenous drug compatibility taboo of the nurses in Inner Mongolia is low.,The higher the age of the nurse,the nursing age,professional title,and education background,the Jiigher the scores in using Compatibility taboo list,ability to assess prohibited combination,habit of checking drug instructions,and paying attention to the knowledge of compatibility taboos.
