浅论肠炎宁胶囊与美沙拉嗪联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果

Clinical effect of Changyanning capsule combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的分析和研究肠炎宁胶囊与美沙拉嗪联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果。方法随机选择2015年-2017年期间来我院进行溃疡性结肠炎治疗的患者共计60例,将研究主体平均分为两组,即观察组与对照组,两组的人数相同,每一组分别采用不同的方法,其中对照组采用传统的治疗方式,观察组在对照组的基础上联合肠炎宁胶囊治疗手段,对他们的治疗过程以及结果进行记录,分析和比较两组患者的临床效果。结果两组患者接受治疗后,采用常规治疗联合肠炎宁片胶囊治疗手段的观察组治疗效果十分显著,与采用常规治疗手段的对照组相比,优势作用明显,两组治疗之后的结果具有明显的差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎病症时,医护工作者应该合理运用传统治疗模式,还要在此基础上,运用比较优质的治疗模式,对患者实施肠炎宁胶囊的治疗,从而提升他们对治疗的满意度,以及提升他们的生活质量,提升临床有效概率,通过研究表明,此次所研究方法值得进行推广和使用。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of Changyanning Capsule combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis who were treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly assigned and divided into two groups:observation group and control group.The number of people in the group is the same.Each group adopts different methods.One group mainly uses the traditional treatment mode,and the other group uses the highquality treatment mode to implement the enteritis on the basis of the traditional treatment mode.The treatment of Ning capsules,records their treatment process and results,analyzes and compares the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results Through analysis and research on patients,it is shown that after treatment,the group treated with Changyanning Capsule on the basis of traditional treatment mode is more effective than the traditional treatment group.The former patient satisfaction,clinical treatment The effect was higher than the latter,and the results after treatment in the two groups were significantly different.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis,it is necessary not only to use the traditional treatment mode,but also to use the higher quality treatment mode to treat the patients with enteritis capsules,so as to improve their satisfaction with the treatment.Degree,as well as improving their quality of life and increasing the clinical effective probability,the research shows that the research method is worth promoting and using.
