微创超薄贴面在前牙冠折修复中的应用

摘要 目的评价3种修复方法在前牙冠折修复中的应用。方法制作前牙冠横折模型60颗,随机分成A、B、C三组,分别采用断冠再接后微创贴面美容修复、断冠再接修复、部分瓷嵌体修复。将修复后的样本置于万能试验机上,持续加力直至牙冠完全折断,记录牙冠断裂时的剪切力数值。结果A、B、C、组修复后的剪切力分别为(419.44±23.35)(316.64±16.80)(322.45±16.15)。A组断冠修复后的剪切力数值明显高于B、C组,具有统计学差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论断冠再接后微创贴面美容修复前牙冠折剪切力明显大于断冠再接修复和部分瓷嵌体修复的剪切力。 Objective Evaluation of the application of three restoration methods in anterior crown fracture.Methods 60 extracted anterior teeth of similar size were randomly divided into groups A,B and C,and were Minimally invasive cosmetic repair after crown broken and reconnected,crown replantation and Partial porcelain inlay repair.The restored specimens were placed in a universal testing machine,and the shear force was recorded when the crown was broken.Results The shear stresses of group A,B,C and group A were(419.44±23.35)(316.64±16.80)(322.45±16.15),respectively.The shear stress in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C,and there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Minimally invasive cosmetic repair after crown broken and reconnected is superior to crown replantation and Partial porcelain inlay repair.
