摘要
目的评价PDCA带教模式在临床牙周病学规培教学中培养学生各方面能力的效果。方法2016级非牙周专业规培生31名学生为研究对象,采用基于PDCA循环的带教方式,实习结束后对此规培模式进行评价。结果该规培模式下学生的学习成绩平均分为91.2分。所有学生均认为该规培方式与单纯的散养式老师代教相比,能够提高他们对学科的学习兴趣,提高对所学知识的掌握度。结论PDCA带教模式能够更具个性化地培养每位学生,取得良好的反馈效果,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA teaching mode in periodontal standardized training teaching mode.METHODS 31 oral standardized training resident received a teaching mode based on PDCA cycle.After the training course,the scores were evaluated both objectively and subjectively.RESULTS An average score of 91.2 was obtained in periodontal standardized training teaching mode.All students appreciated the teaching methods.They believed that training on simulation models could improve their learning interest and arouse their learning motivation.CONCLUSIONS PDCA teaching mode can train each student more personally,which is worthy of wide application.
