摘要
我国糖尿病的发病率逐年升高,伴2型糖尿病的慢性牙周炎因其特殊性,单纯的器械治疗具有局限性。半导体激光具有良好的牙周治疗功能,具有杀菌,促进愈合,减少出血及去除牙周袋上皮的能力,且无不良副作用。本文就半导体激光辅助治疗伴2型糖尿病的慢性牙周炎的作用机制及临床应用做一综述。
The incidence of diabetes mellitus in China is increasing year by year.Chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus has limitations because of its particularity.Diode laser has good periodontal treatment function,sterilization,promoting healing,reducing bleeding and removing periodontal pocket epithelium without adverse side effects.This article reviews the mechanism and clinical application of diode laser-assisted therapy for chronic periodontitis with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
